Our Story
Built on Grace.
A'Maysing Grace Properties was founded on a simple belief: every person — regardless of their past — deserves a safe place to call home.
Our Story
A'Maysing Grace Properties grew out of a personal calling. After witnessing the struggles of veterans, returning citizens, and neighbors experiencing homelessness in the Casa Grande community, our founder set out to create something different — not just housing, but a genuine home.
We started small, with one shared house and a commitment to treating every resident with dignity. That commitment hasn't changed. Our goal is to operate multiple shared living homes across Pinal County, each one built on the same foundation: grace, respect, and the belief that stability is the first step toward a better life.
We're not a shelter. We're not a program. We're a home — and we take that seriously.
Our Mission
To provide safe, dignified, and affordable shared housing for veterans, re-entry individuals, people experiencing homelessness, and those in recovery — empowering each resident to rebuild their life with stability, community, and grace.
What We Stand For
Dignity
Every resident is treated as a whole person — not a case number, not a statistic. We lead with respect in every interaction.
Grace
We believe in second chances. Our name isn't just a brand — it's a promise that judgment has no place here.
Community
Shared living works best when people look out for each other. We foster an environment of mutual support and belonging.
Stability
A stable home is the foundation for everything else — employment, health, relationships. We provide that foundation.
Accountability
We hold ourselves to high standards and ask the same of our residents. Mutual accountability builds trust and lasting change.
Hope
We believe in the potential of every person who walks through our door. Hope isn't naive — it's the engine of transformation.
A Word from Our Founder
"I've seen what happens when someone finally has a safe place to sleep, a door they can lock, and neighbors who care. Everything changes. That's why we do this work — because home isn't a luxury. It's a human right."
Natasha Mays has spent over a decade working in community housing, crisis, suicide prevention and foster care. Natasha has 12 years of experience in the foster care field and is passionate about advocating for children and families through compassionate service. Throughout her career, she has witnessed a significant gap in transitional housing, particularly for young adults aging out of the foster care system with nowhere to turn. She founded A'maysing Grace Properties after recognizing a critical gap in transitional housing options for the region's most vulnerable residents. Her work is driven by faith, compassion, and an unshakeable belief in human potential.
