Review the Home
If there's a good fit and availability, we'll invite you to see the home. You'll meet the space, understand the house expectations, and get a feel for the community before committing to anything.

Complete a Simple Agreement
If you'd like to move forward, we'll go over a straightforward residency agreement together. It covers rent, house expectations, and your rights as a resident. No surprises — just clarity.
